Shipping policy

We know that high-quality pet care equipment can sometimes be hard to find at your local pet store, and we do not want shipping costs to be an issue when you buy from us. That’s why on most orders over $499*, shipping to the customer is 100% free!

*Please note that in some specific situations, unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping. This will only apply to items that are heavy FREIGHT - items that regular/typical shipping methods cannot ship.

*We accept International orders (get in touch for a custom quote including shipping costs)

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States to Alaska, Hawaii, or other territories may need a custom quote for shipping however, these are free in some cases.

Very large items or large orders must be shipped via Freight, which is sometimes subject to price surges by freight companies. Though these situations are rare, if this occurs, we will notify you of any additional costs and give you the option to keep the order or receive a refund.

We want to ensure you have all the relevant shipping cost information when placing your order. So if you have any questions, please get in touch!

**Please note that any return shipping will always be at cost to the customer in regard to large freight items.
